Who are we?
Firecubed LLP is an experienced team of fire engineers. To date, we have specialised in providing board level assurance to UK NHS Hospital Trusts for fire compliance, in the role of the appointed Authorising Engineer for Fire.
We only report to Trust Boards and senior management executives. We are independent and not a project / maintenance contractor. Stark similarities rank highly between healthcare and hotel premises, such as strict budget consciousness without compromise to guest / patient fire safety.
We have therefore adopted the same approach & ethos from the NHS into the hotel industry, and have pleasure introducing the “Hotel Safe” brand name.

Our suite of support services starts at top level with auditing of Company fire documentation, premises fire strategy, fire policy and fire procedures. We provide a compliance report to your Board / senior executives, against general fire safety best practice requirements. Your Board Responsible Person (the person in control), must also ensure that each appointed fire contractor holds the correct and current industry competency accreditations, commensurate to the works that they are appointed for.
Our contractor audit and vet report service provides just this, just ask. If your Board decides a physical site fire compliance audit (overt or covert) is required, our all-inclusive fixed rate service covers EMEA from just one to many premises.
We understand that managing budgets and remaining compliant, is a fine line, so we are on hand for second expert opinion relating to any fire safety compliance / repair / upgrade matter, all at fixed rates. Our support services are quite simply, enquire, quote, order, deliver and go.
